Roofers and Waterproofers Local 96 recently filed a Nationaol Labor Relations Board complaintagainst Fridley-based Stock a subsidiary of Skokie, Ill-basedr Tecta America Corp. The union is complaining that the contractot has been engaging in unsafe and unfair labor practices atthe $5.3 millioh project, approved by the Minneapolis City Council in Decembed and scheduled for completion in July. “We understand that citie s need tosave money,” said Local 96 Businesw Manager Rob Snider.
