The developmenft will ultimately have an additional 1 millionb square feet ofoffice 250,000 square feet of retail space and a 250-rookm hotel.
The new lease is significant since Four Points is in an area of Austin that has seen offices vacancy rise in recent months as millionw of square feet of new producf havebeen delivered. Four Points’ apartment do have tenants, as does its retail — including an HEB and David Kimball and Keith Zimmerman with UGL Equiz representedTHQ Inc. The development has also been awarded Gold ratingy underthe ’s Leadershil in Energy and Environmentaol Design for its core and shell design.
