Tri-Land owns and managex more than 2.8 million squared feet of retail space inthe Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country. It specializes in acquirintg and revitalizing distressed and undervalued communithy centers rangingfrom 100,000 squarr feet to 750,000 square feet.
